Inspection Consultancy Ltd was formed in 2003 by Tony McNulty who was previously with Oceaneering - OIS as the European Operations
Director responsible for an annual 60 million Euro turnover business. ICL provides an NDT and Inspection consultants services to
the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and rail industry sectors, advising on NDT technology solutions, applied techniques
and procedures, project management and business development.
Reasons for participating
ICL is not a business consultancy company, they are a small specialist NDT company offering expert professional technical NDT
solutions operating in the oil & gas, petrochemical and power generation sectors. It is important for the company to be actively
involved in FilmFree to keep abreast of the latest technological developments in all fields of NDT including digital radiography.
Contribution to project
ICL will provide input into applications specific procedure preparation and identify new applications for the technology in the
energy and rail business sectors. The role and budget for ICL has been approximately halved when compared to the Stage 2 FilmFree proposal.
