Polish service NDT company offering conventional NDT services, mainly to the shipyard industry, and also in relation to
other steel structures like bridges and cranes as well as to the power generation, petrochemical industry and
transportation industries. Radiography is with film only but the company is aiming to be the lead technology NDT
provider in Poland. The company is at the stage of introduction of radiograph digitisation that is the first step towards
the strategy of introduction of film free radiography.
Reasons for participating
Technic-Control want to increase their market share in the higher technology NDT market in Eastern Europe and the FilmFree project is
an ideal vehicle for them to gain access to the rapidly growing digital radiographic service inspection market place.
Contribution to project
Technic-Control will be mainly involved in WP-D, development of digital radiographic techniques where they will carry out trials
using the new integral scanner/reader system, and WP-F, Field Trials on the fully developed equipment
